Missing roles create ambiguity
A percentage without a role can be hard to evaluate. Mark songwriter, producer, performer, publisher, administrator and master-side participation separately.
Unsigned updates need context
If splits changed after release, include the reason and the current confirmation status. An unsigned update is not automatically unusable, but it should not be hidden.
Samples and interpolations need their own lane
Do not bury sample notes inside general comments. Mark clearance status, affected rights and any payment or approval still pending.
